We do our best to give sizing information on each of our items, but sometimes things fall through the cracks. If you receive an item and wish to exchange it, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have the product in stock, we will process an exchange for you after the item is received and inspected.
Wrong Size or Item:
Woops, first - our apologies. If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, please contact customer support with your order number and we will send you a shipping label to fix the problem.
Defined as items that arrive defective out of the box. If this is the case, please contact Support@penaltybox.co within 14 days to process your return or exchange. In some cases, we will have you send the items directly to the manufacturer.
Many of the products we offer come with a warranty. If you use the product and it breaks or becomes defective within the warranty terms, we can help you process the warranty either through the PenaltyBox or direct to the manufacture. Please contact Support@penaltybox.co for more details.
Due to the nature of our business, there may be restricted returns on items that were purchased during a FLASH or vendor deal. Please refer to the specific deal for details or reach out to Support@penaltybox.co.
Non-Deal Equipment and Apparel Returns:
PenaltyBox accepts returns with a payment refund for any reason for up to 14 days. We will also accept returns for store credit from day 14 - 30. An unused item is defined as an item in the original unopened package with no scuffs, stains, dirt or other marks that would show use.
PenaltyBox accepts return for used items for 14 days for store credit. A used item is an item that is determined upon receiving to have any determining factors that indicate use. We'll do our best to get you what you need!
PenatlyBox will send a shipping label if the item is defective or the wrong size was sent. If you are looking to return an item for other reasons, you are responsible for shipping back to us.
1.) Box up or bag your items and be sure to include the email confirmation or the packing slip that was with your original order.

3.) Please allow 5-7 business days for our center to receive and inspect the item. Once the return is processed a credit will be made to your credit card. Please allow up to 7 business days for this to reflect to your account.
